职位概况
负责配电房、冷水机组、冷却塔、压缩空气系统、行车、空调系统等设施的日常点检、维护及年度保养，确保设备安全运行。
主要职责
- 配电房日常点检与维护，执行年度保养。
- 冷水机组、冷却塔、压缩空气系统、行车、空调系统的日常巡检、维护，并监督承包商完成月度及年度保养。
- 卫生间的日常维护与维修。
- 遵守白夜班倒班工作制度，确保值班交接。
任职要求
- 具备电气设施维护经验，熟悉配电、冷水机组、冷却塔、压缩空气系统等设备。
- 能够阅读并执行设备维护计划。
- 适应倒班工作。
必备技能
- 电气系统点检与维护技能。
- 设备保养与故障排查能力。
