Job description
职位概况
负责在百汇医院重症监护室为患者提供全面、以患者为中心的护理服务，确保安全、质量和患者满意度。
主要职责
- 独立计划并执行患者的直接护理工作。
- 评估、制定并实施个体化的整体护理方案。
- 记录并维护完整、准确的患者病历。
- 建立并维护与患者及家属的治疗性关系。
- 识别危重患者并进行及时分诊。
- 协调患者教育、康复及随访工作，及时向医生报告检查结果。
- 遵循医院及卫生部门制定的安全与质量标准，执行感染控制和急救设备检查。
- 协助医生进行诊疗过程中的翻译工作。
任职要求
- 能够独立完成患者护理并遵守医院规范。
- 具备执行感染控制和急救设备检查的能力。
- 能够与多学科团队协作，提供高质量护理。
