About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead category strategy and product marketing for lifestyle products. The role will own the marketing calendar, develop toolkits, and drive integrated marketing communications. The position reports to senior leadership and works closely with product development and digital teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop category strategy and long‑term roadmap for lifestyle products, ensuring alignment of the marketing calendar and resources.
• Create product marketing toolkits covering USP, positioning, target audience, consumer insight, communication concept and visual references for each launch.
• Lead integrated marketing communications (IMC) campaign strategy, budgeting and ROI‑focused execution, and monitor results post‑launch.
• Manage creative strategy, briefing and storytelling for lifestyle products, celebrity announcements and IMC, overseeing timelines from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate with product, digital and cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to maximise quality, impact and efficiency of campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of proven brand marketing experience, in‑house or agency.
• Background in lifestyle or fashion‑related sectors preferred.
• Strategic thinker able to develop well‑structured decks and present confidently.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Curious, proactive and capable of asking the right questions.
• Strong communicator who can positively stimulate cross‑functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
