职位概况
负责公司现有客户的业务开发与维护，达成营收目标，建立长期战略合作关系。
主要职责
- 负责既定客户的收入生成及长期目标实现。
- 作为客户采购及工程团队的主要联系人，建立信任并维护长期合作。
- 响应客户询价（RFQ），准备报价，推动新项目落地。
- 管理现有产品定价，协调生产过程中的技术问题。
- 持续关注客户满意度，评估并响应客户需求变化。
- 达成并超额完成公司制定的营收和新业务开发指标。
- 向管理层提供市场信息、行业趋势及销售预测报告。
- 协助财务解决应收账款问题，谈判费率及长期合同。
任职要求
- 具备客户开发与维护经验，能够独立管理重点客户。
- 熟悉报价、合同谈判及项目推进流程。
- 能够分析市场趋势，了解行业竞争情况。
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够跨部门合作。
必备技能
- 了解EQI产品及QEM加工能力。
- 具备客户需求评估与验证能力。
