职位概况
负责现有客户的业务开发与维护，推动公司营收增长，建立长期战略合作关系。
主要职责
- 负责既定客户的收入达成及长期目标实现。
- 作为客户采购及工程团队的主要联络人，维护信任合作关系。
- 响应客户询价（RFQ），编制报价，推进新项目落地。
- 管理现有产品定价，协调生产过程中的技术问题。
- 持续关注客户满意度，提供市场信息与销售预测报告。
- 协助财务解决应收账款问题，参与费率及长期合同谈判。
任职要求
- 具备销售业绩达成经验，能够实现并超额完成收入和新业务目标。
- 熟悉EQI产品及QEM加工能力，了解行业趋势和竞争格局。
- 能够评估并响应客户需求变化，提供针对性解决方案。
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够跨部门推动项目执行。
