电话客服专员（信用卡逾期催收）

职位概况
通过电话方式进行信用卡逾期催收，协助银行回笼资金，工作时间为9:00-12:00、13:30-19:00，提供五险一金等福利。
主要职责
- 电话告知信用卡逾期情况及其影响。
- 协助银行进行资金回笼，进行逾期催收、催告并跟进还款。
- 使用银行提供的客户资源，无需自行开发客户。
- 遵守电催规范，合法合规进行催收。
任职要求
- 中专及以上学历，年龄18-40岁，无不良征信记录和犯罪记录。
- 接受应届生，经验不限。
- 具备良好的沟通表达能力，工作认真负责，具备团队合作精神。
必备技能
我们提供
- 基本工资4000元以上，努力工作可达6500元，优秀者9000元以上。
- 五险一金、节日福利、加班补助、年终绩效、带薪年假等。
- 法定节假日及婚丧假，下午茶时间（15:00-15:15）。
- 明确的晋升通道：法务专员→队长→副组长→组长→经理助理→经理。
