职位概况
负责陕西区域内家电/家居店加盟商的拓展工作，达成月度拓展指标，确保门店数量与质量。
主要职责
- 开拓并维护区域内家电、家居加盟商，完成月度拓展目标。
- 组织区域招商会，邀约并促成合作意向。
- 解答意向加盟商咨询，推动签约流程。
- 参与加盟合同的签订、执行及终止工作。
- 协同筹建、运营、商品等部门，提供开业前支持。
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历。
- 3年以上家电或家居行业渠道开发、门店拓展经验。
- 熟悉所在区域市场，具备良好的商务谈判能力。
必备技能
- 渠道开发与招商经验。
- 商务沟通与谈判技巧。
