Job description
职位概况
负责轮胎产品的设计、评估及量产推进，解读客户需求并形成设计方案，提供技术支持，协同内部及外部团队完成项目目标。
主要职责
- 解读客户需求，分析标杆产品，制定设计构想及开发计划。
- 根据目标进行轮胎设计、方案评审、性能预估及试作试验，推动持续改进和量产。
- 为AE人员提供技术说明，支持OE厂商评价及产品审核。
- 与工厂、实验部及AE团队沟通，制定并执行项目计划。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，理工科背景优先。
- 3–5年轮胎设计或相关领域经验，有OE项目全流程经验者佳。
- 熟练使用AUTOCAD，了解IATF16949体系要求。
- 具备良好沟通与团队合作能力，能适应快节奏环境。
必备技能
- AUTOCAD绘图软件
- IATF16949质量管理体系
