Medical Oncologist

About the role

We are seeking a Medical Oncologist to deliver international‑standard oncology care to in‑patient populations. The role involves leading multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with surgical and radiation oncologists, and contributing to clinical research initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide evidence‑based medical oncology treatment for in‑patients.
• Lead care teams of nurses and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Collaborate with surgical, radiation oncologists and other specialists to develop multidisciplinary care models.
• Support development and execution of clinical research programs with the Clinical Trials team.
• Share on‑call and coverage duties and conduct daily ward rounds for assigned patients.
• Meet standards of professional conduct and courtesy.
• Code, document and submit charges in a timely manner.
• Provide administrative support and serve on committees as requested.
• Participate in fellow training and attend various departmental and executive meetings when required.

Required profile

• Valid Chinese physician practice license (for Chinese candidates) or a valid medical license for expatriates.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical oncology experience.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) is mandatory.
