Material Resource Planning Coordinator – Nanjing

About the role

The Material Resource Planning Coordinator will ensure timely delivery of parts, materials and components for production and other supply‑chain operations. Working closely with master planning and logistics teams, you will optimise schedules, monitor stock levels and address any deviations to keep the production flow smooth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule delivery of parts, materials and components for production and supply‑chain operations.
• Analyze order plans and verify stock availability through demand‑capacity analyses.
• Arrange, schedule and prioritize sequences, quantities and target dates based on DCC (demand capacity checks).
• Determine daily work‑order sequence and maintain weekly planning levels.
• Perform load‑balancing calculations and collaborate with master planning for optimized plans.
• Monitor deliveries against schedule and propose corrective actions when deviations occur.

Required profile

• Vocational training in Supply Chain Management with 3‑5 years of relevant experience, or
• Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management or a technical field with 3‑5 years of experience.
