About the role

The Marketing Campaigns Manager will lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, turning business objectives into compelling, audience‑focused initiatives. This role collaborates across product, regional, and digital teams to ensure brand consistency and measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into comprehensive marketing briefs and campaigns.
• Develop insight‑driven creative strategies, define target audiences, and oversee omni‑channel content creation (visuals, video, email, social media).
• Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and business goals while meeting project timelines.
• Craft and maintain the storytelling of the Genscript LSG brand across multiple touchpoints.
• Optimize campaign processes and tools to guarantee high‑quality, timely delivery of all materials.
• Track campaign performance, produce analysis reports, and recommend optimizations.
• Lead, develop, and assess the marketing campaigns team, fostering engagement and capability growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (any field).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing campaign strategy and execution.
• Background in biomedical or biotechnology industries preferred.
• Proven ability to plan, execute, and analyze large‑scale online/offline activities.
• Strong market insight, analytical thinking, and strategic orientation.
• Excellent organization, coordination, and communication skills for working with product managers, regional marketers, and digital channels.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
