About the role

Lilly’s Suzhou Manufacturing Trainee program aims to develop future pharmaceutical manufacturing and operations professionals through front‑line rotations, cross‑functional exposure, systematic training, mentorship and key business projects.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in equipment, facilities, automation, utilities and project‑management activities to support stable, efficient and safe plant operations.
• Engage in front‑line production and factory‑operation tasks to build a solid business foundation and understand the pharmaceutical manufacturing system.

Required profile

• 2027 graduate with a full‑time bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in chemical, mechanical, automation or related engineering fields.
• Strong learning ability, logical analysis, problem‑solving, communication and collaboration skills, as well as project awareness and execution capability.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) and able to work in cross‑team, cross‑cultural environments.
• Proactive, growth‑mindset, resilient, responsible and curious about the pharmaceutical and smart manufacturing industry.
