About the role
Support various engineering projects such as transfer, NPI, and CIP at Johnson & Johnson's Suzhou facility. The role involves fixture and tooling preparation, CNC machine operations, and first‑article delivery activities.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare fixtures and tooling, set up and changeover CNC machines, and test, modify, and optimize CNC programs.
- Manage fixture lifecycle: review manufacturing requests, draft BOM and routing, manufacture or assist in fixture production, inspect finished fixtures, and maintain master data.
- Assist engineers with daily tasks including engineering tests, EVA follow‑up, drafting work instructions and MPS, and delivering machining process training to operators.
