Management Consulting Consultant

About the role

Siemens Advanta Consulting is seeking a Management Consulting Consultant to lead modules within consulting projects, delivering strategic and investment recommendations for client organisations. You will work closely with client teams to co‑create business solutions and help drive Siemens’ Advanta business both internally and externally.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a project module, providing strategy and investment recommendations.
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to identify industry trends and operational insights.
• Collaborate with client teams to co‑design solutions and champion project outcomes.
• Preferably focus on manufacturing and industrial sectors.

Required profile

• Degree from a leading university.
• 3‑5 years of experience in management consulting.
• Proven consulting skills: structured thinking, visualisation, questioning, interview techniques, presentation and workshop facilitation.
• Experience with strategy analytical frameworks and tools.
• Result‑oriented with strong analytical abilities and the capacity to translate analysis into actionable solutions.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
