职位概况
负责EM中心的运营搭建与持续改进，主导BV分配的PMI项目，管理知识产权、出口管制及RBA合规，协调内部外部审计，并统筹IT、行政及设施事务，确保中心平稳运行。
主要职责
- 承担BV下达的PMI项目全流程管理。
- 执行并监控出口管制流程，确保符合国际及内部规定。
- 维护RBA体系，推动负责任的业务实践。
- 组织内部系统审计和客户审计，包括前期准备、现场协调及后续整改跟踪。
- 管理办公室IT基础设施，保障数据安全；负责日常行政与设施管理。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，工程、管理、合规等相关专业。
- 具备项目管理、工程或合规质量相关工作经验。
- 有跨部门项目管理及审计协调经验者优先。
- 优秀的英文沟通能力。
必备技能
- 项目管理能力。
- 利益相关方管理与执行能力。
