Logistics Representative – 4PL

About the role

The Logistics Representative – 4PL acts as an extension of the customer’s staff, ensuring smooth flow of supply‑chain information from order placement through carrier payment. You will manage transportation arrangements, maintain data in the RMS Transportation Management System, and support customers with proactive communication.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange transportation for shipments and monitor the customer load board.
• Maintain team mailboxes and manage exception handling according to predefined processes.
• Document and organize standard operating procedures and learn multiple functions within the team.
• Facilitate customer calls, provide proactive updates, and meet operational metrics.
• Conduct CHR system trainings for external representatives.
• Reconcile daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
• Provide fact‑based recommendations to help customers maximize CHR value.
• Support peers, identify process improvements and cost‑saving opportunities using the CHR project‑based delivery model.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, transportation or logistics.
• Flexibility to work occasional varied schedules and travel up to 5 % (domestic/international).
• Fluent written and verbal English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using RMS Transportation Management System.
