About the role
The Logistics Project Engineer will lead logistics‑focused projects, with a strong emphasis on automation and physical logistics processes. You will work within Bosch's manufacturing environment in Suzhou, driving improvements that enhance efficiency and maturity of logistics operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage logistics projects, especially automation initiatives, from concept design through implementation.
- Drive continuous improvement of physical logistics processes (CIP).
- Implement and develop Physical Logistics BPS (Business Process Solutions) elements.
- Execute Physical Logistics BPS projects and ensure successful delivery.
- Continuously raise the maturity level of Physical Logistics BPS.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Required profile
- University degree or higher.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with logistics and automation project exposure.
- Strong communication, teamwork and project management abilities.
- Lean logistics mindset and knowledge.
- Proficient English for business use.
