Logistics Analyst I

About the role

As a Logistics Analyst I at Zebra, you will provide operational and tactical support to ensure global transportation and logistics services meet customer requirements. You will work across multiple functions, handling export documentation, carrier coordination, and shipment tracking while contributing to a collaborative, innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare export documentation such as shipper's letters of instruction, commercial invoices, AES filings, and destination‑specific paperwork.
• Coordinate compliance with Letters of Credit, Certificates of Conformance, and other regulatory documents.
• Interact with carriers and internal teams to arrange shipments, secure rate quotes, and select the best carrier based on cost and service criteria.
• Respond to order inquiries from customer service, scheduling, sales, and other stakeholders.
• Trace shipments, obtain proof of delivery, and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 0‑2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of export administration regulations and U.S. Customs import requirements.
• Understanding of carrier operations, domestic carrier documentation, and international sales terms.
• Strong mathematical abilities and excellent communication and organizational skills.
