职位概况

负责公司合同及法律合规事务，重点关注隐私数据合规，确保业务符合PVM政策及当地法规。

主要职责

起草、审查、修订业务单元合同及相关法律文件，维护标准合同模板。
评估并跟进个人信息保护法（PIPL）在数据全生命周期的合规要求。
监测法律法规变化，评估对业务单元的影响并提供培训与法律建议。
协助处理公司各类法律争议，参与项目谈判并提供风险评估。

任职要求

法学本科及以上学历，具备律师执业资格。
至少4年法务工作经验，具备快速消费品或零售行业背景。

必备技能

熟练使用Word文档编辑。
熟练使用PowerPoint制作演示。
