Lead Logistics CX and Operations Team Leader

About the role

Lead the Logistics CX and Operations team in Chongqing, driving superior customer experience while ensuring profitability. You will motivate a high‑energy team, manage service level agreements and continuously improve end‑to‑end processes.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate and coach the team to deliver outcomes with an owner’s mindset.
• Ensure all processes meet SLA terms for timely and accurate delivery.
• Monitor and improve customer KPIs to achieve delight.
• Lead proactive customer engagement at senior level.
• Collaborate with front‑office teams to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
• Work with the Transition team to onboard new tasks and set KPIs.
• Apply Operational Excellence (OPEX) principles to meet customer goals.
• Identify and implement improvements in cost, data quality, productivity and service delivery.

Required profile

• Graduate degree from university or business school.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience, including 2‑3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in a global business environment with cultural awareness.
• Project‑management exposure and direct customer‑handling experience.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change and collaborate cross‑functionally.
