Lead Logistics Booking Service Team Leader

About the role

The Lead Logistics Booking Service Team Leader will drive the execution of strategic objectives for the Booking Service (BKS) operation team in Chongqing. The role focuses on delivering superior customer experiences while ensuring the profitability and operational excellence of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding projects, including process mapping, solution design, resource planning, system setup, UAT coordination, SOP creation and go‑live execution.
• Identify implementation risks and implement mitigation plans throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, Product, Finance, IT, Process Excellence and Operations to meet customer commitments and resolve issues.
• Coach, develop and allocate resources for the Multiple‑Carrier Operation Team, ensuring balanced workloads and backup coverage.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies, SOPs, customer requirements and industry regulations, while monitoring service quality and performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading logistics or transportation teams in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional coordination abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to manage complex implementation projects and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on compliance and quality assurance.
