IT支持工程师（Onsite）

About the role

The IT Support Engineer will work on‑site to perform PC remastering, manage inventory of devices and accessories, and ensure compliance with Airbus security standards. The role includes regular reporting, troubleshooting at user locations, and escalation of issues not covered by the installation guide.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with users to plan and execute daily PC remastering (approximately 6 PCs per person per day).
• Maintain accurate inventory of all devices, cables, and accessories during the service period.
• Report weekly progress and any deviations from Airbus standards, obtaining approval for any deviations.
• Provide on‑site troubleshooting and support following the installation guide, and manually update installations as needed.
• Escalate issues not covered by the guide to Airbus for resolution.
• Ensure security compliance on workstations, install missing security products, and remediate non‑compliant PCs.
• Adhere to Airbus China SLA and negotiate project delays when unavoidable.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT service desk or on‑site support.
• Strong English skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
• Good communication skills with both local and foreign colleagues.
• High patience, empathy, and ability to manage time under pressure.
• Reliability, ownership, and ability to work collaboratively with other teams.

Required skills

• Knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware down to component level.
• Experience with Windows operating systems, specifically Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, LAN, and TCP/IP networking.
• Understanding of anti‑virus solutions and patch management.
• Basic troubleshooting of server and networking components.
