About the role

The company is looking for an IT Operations Engineer to support and improve its IT service operations and project implementations. The role requires solid experience with Windows Server environments, enterprise applications, and virtualization technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in daily IT service operations and assist with project implementation tasks.
• Maintain Windows Server infrastructure, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS.
• Manage enterprise applications such as Exchange, SQL Server, and backup/restore solutions.
• Support virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper‑V).
• Assist with basic network configuration, including routing, switching, and VLANs.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional experience in IT service operation or IT project implementation.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English (CET‑4 level or equivalent).
• Basic knowledge of enterprise networking concepts (routing, switching, VLAN).
