Integral Project Leader – Oral Healthcare

About the role

The Integral Project Leader will drive oral healthcare product projects, preferably with a background in oral care, home appliances or related fields. The role focuses on executing multi‑disciplinary innovation initiatives while meeting agreed timelines, budgets and resource constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Execute multi‑disciplinary projects independently, managing innovation initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Prepare and implement complex projects within defined specifications, timelines, budgets and staffing.
• Lead improvement projects, resolve issues creatively, and apply advanced planning and risk estimation techniques.
• Foster effective team collaboration, motivate diverse team members and ensure clear communication across all phases.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, aligning expectations and project objectives.
• Drive business impact by delivering innovative solutions that provide tangible benefits to the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in portfolio, innovation, project or program management, or a Master’s degree with no prior experience.
