Integral Project Leader – Innovation Projects

About the role

We are looking for an Integral Project Leader to drive multi‑disciplinary innovation projects within Philips’ oral healthcare and home appliance portfolio. The role will manage end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets and resource constraints while keeping customer needs at the forefront.

Key responsibilities

• Execute multi‑disciplinary projects, managing innovation initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Prepare and implement complex projects according to specifications, timelines, budgets and staffing.
• Lead improvement projects, resolve issues creatively and drive continuous improvement using PMBOK and SAFe guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors and senior management.
• Ensure customer centricity by incorporating feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
• Document project knowledge, capture lessons learned and share best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in portfolio, innovation, project or program management, preferably in oral healthcare products or home appliances.
