Inspector

About the role

The Inspector will perform all types of quality inspections required by the QS system to ensure high product quality and support production plans. The role is onsite in Suzhou and requires strict adherence to GMP and company procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct incoming, in‑process, final and packaging inspections using the latest specifications and ensure compliance with company and QSR standards.
• Stop further processing when non‑conforming products are identified and document the findings according to GMP and QS requirements.
• Maintain inspection equipment such as gauges, calipers, micrometers and comparators, ensuring they are in good condition and calibrated.
• Participate in product transfers, First Article Inspections (FAI) and validation activities as needed.
• Support the Inspection Team in achieving its KPI targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of quality control inspection experience, preferably in the machining industry.
• High school or technical school education or equivalent.
• Ability to work shift schedules, demonstrate high responsibility and follow company discipline.

Required skills

• Proficient in reading mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Skilled in using standard inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges and comparators.
• Effective communication of product or component deficiencies to supervisors and operators.
