In-Service Engineer – Cabin & Cargo Systems

About the role

The In-Service Engineer for Cabin & Cargo systems will provide technical assistance to Airbus customers in the Beijing area, ensuring that all queries, concerns and in‑service events are addressed promptly and with high quality. The role involves on‑site support, analysis of fleet issues and communication of product improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support on hot topics affecting the fleet and specific customers in the region.
• Analyse in‑service events to identify potential fleet issues and launch corrective actions.
• Communicate Airbus product developments, improvements and solutions to customers.
• Support AOG and abnormal events, including urgent on‑site troubleshooting.
• Run webinars and technical workshops on in‑service issues across all programs.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in aeronautics or astronautics.
• Knowledge of airline and MRO maintenance and engineering activities.
• Completed type‑rating courses for at least one of the A320, A330 or A350 families.
• Familiarity with CAAC regulations; FAA/EASA knowledge is a plus.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work in a demanding environment.
