Implementation Consultant Intern

About the role

Veeva is a leading cloud‑based software provider for life‑sciences companies. As an Implementation Consultant Intern you will join experienced consulting teams, learn the full implementation lifecycle of Veeva applications, and support project delivery for a variety of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Work as part of the Professional Services team responsible for Veeva application implementations.
• Collaborate with multiple project teams and experienced consultants.
• Support the Project Manager on delivery activities and customer workshops.
• Assist with project analysis, solution design, and configuration under guidance.
• Contribute to data migration and system testing tasks.
• Help create training documentation for clients.
• Support the creation of reports and analytics for customer projects.

Required profile

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Medical, Math, or a related field.
• Excellent academic performance.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in Chinese and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Passion for using technology to improve business processes.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, self‑starter attitude.
• Availability to work at least three days per week for a minimum of six months.
