职位概况
我们正在寻找具备基础设施即代码（IaC）和DevOps经验的工程师，负责云资源交付、Kubernetes集群管理以及CI/CD平台建设，推动自动化运维落地。
主要职责
- 使用Terraform、CloudFormation或ROS等IaC工具交付和管理多环境云资源，确保变更可审计。
- 负责Kubernetes生产集群全生命周期管理，包括部署、网络、工作负载、安全、容灾及备份。
- 设计并维护CI/CD平台，编写Pipeline，实现自动化构建、测试、镜像生成及多环境发布。
- 搭建云端Kubernetes监控告警体系（指标、日志、链路追踪），支撑稳定性和容量规划。
- 制定运维自动化规范，编写Runbook，参与故障排查与持续改进。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，3-5年云平台、DevOps或SRE相关经验。
- 熟练使用Terraform，具备多云环境下服务部署及IaC与CI/CD集成经验。
- 深入掌握Kubernetes核心组件，至少2年ACK/EKS/AKS自动化实践。
- 精通至少一种CI/CD工具链（Jenkins、GitLab CI、GitHub Actions、Azure DevOps等），拥有完整发布闭环经验。
- 熟悉阿里云、AWS或Azure中至少一平台的基础设施即代码及容器服务。
- 具备良好的文档撰写能力，具备风险意识和团队协作精神。
- 英语听说读写流利，可作为工作语言。
