About the role
The position involves inspecting hull and low‑pressure (LQ) welding, as well as non‑destructive testing (NDT) for onshore and offshore oil & gas facilities in China.
Required profile
- BS/S1 degree in engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in process piping inspection, structural fabrication, pipeline welding and installation.
- Experience on EPC/I projects.
Required skills
- Knowledge of codes and standards: AWS D1.1, API 1104, API 5L, ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, ASME Section IX.
- CSWIP 3.1 (or equivalent) Welding Inspector certification.
- Certified NDT personnel (ASNT, PCN, BATAN) with at least two Level 2 methods such as Radiographic Inspection (RI) and Ultrasonic Testing (UT).
