职位概况
负责协调枢纽日常运营，包括分拣、装卸、卡车等环节，通过控制包裹在分拣系统中的流向，并与枢纽操作员沟通，确保航班和卡车准时安全出发。
主要职责
- 监控分拣系统，确保包裹流转顺畅。
- 与现场操作员保持实时沟通，处理异常情况。
- 协调装卸、卡车装载及出发时间。
- 记录运营数据，支持运营优化。
任职要求
- 大专或同等学历。
- 无需工作经验，接受应届毕业生。
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力。
必备技能
- 熟悉物流分拣流程或有相关实习经验者优先。
