职位概况
我们在区域内招聘HRBP，负责招聘、培训、员工关系及组织氛围建设，支持业务团队高效运作。
主要职责
- 根据区域用人需求开展社招、校招，维护校企关系，提升雇主品牌。
- 执行并跟进培训项目，包括前期准备、培训后考核及费用报销。
- 落实公司人事政策，协助办理用工手续，处理平台人事流程。
- 发现并反馈团队建设问题，访谈员工，协助提升组织氛围。
- 策划并组织员工关怀活动，提升部门凝聚力，构建和谐劳动关系。
- 收集员工意见，分析问题并上报，推动问题解决。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，人力资源或工商管理相关专业。
- 3年以上人力资源工作经验，具HRBP或医药行业经验者优先。
- 熟悉人力资源管理制度与流程，具扎实的理论基础。
- 优秀的沟通协调、跨部门协作及逻辑分析解决问题能力。
必备技能
- 熟悉招聘、培训、员工关系等HR业务流程。
