职位概况
HR业务合作伙伴负责为业务部门提供全方位的人力资源管理支持，帮助提升绩效并推动组织发展。
主要职责
- 深刻理解业务部门需求，提供HR管理支持和专业解决方案。
- 协助业务部门进行组织架构调整、人员配置规划、编制预算及招聘。
- 支持招聘、绩效、员工关系等工作，搭建人才梯队并制定人才引进计划。
- 处理入职、晋升、调动、离职等人事流程。
- 加强员工沟通，定期访谈了解员工思想动态并进行引导。
- 配合其他HR模块项目及制度落地，协调解决执行过程中的问题。
