Director, HR Partner

About the role

The Director, HR Partner provides leadership and direction across multiple HR managers, accountable for regional performance and results. This role executes segment and functional business plans while shaping HR strategies that align with the business unit’s objectives and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively shape HR business‑unit strategies and priorities to align with business objectives and drive cultural change.
• Conduct organizational and talent assessments, develop talent pipelines, and oversee succession planning.
• Design and implement change‑management, communication and engagement initiatives across the business unit.
• Partner with, coach and develop executive leadership while influencing HR strategy.
• Lead and develop HR teams, providing coaching, performance management and career growth.
• Drive country‑wide HR projects and support the ONE HR model.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 10+ years of managerial experience, preferably with cross‑functional HR background.
• Proven ability to lead multiple teams, set priorities and allocate resources.
• Strong problem‑solving and influencing skills at senior executive level.
