我们正在招聘Helpdesk技术支持，负责为公司提供现场IT服务，确保系统稳定运行。
主要职责
- 提供现场IT支持，处理用户报障和工单。
任职要求
- 有外企现场IT支持经验者优先。
- 能够阅读英文技术文档，具备基本口语交流能力。
- 具备良好的IT服务流程意识，熟悉工单及知识库的使用。
必备技能
- 熟悉Jamf系统。
- 熟悉Jira工单管理工具。
