About the role

Lead the Xi’an Semiconductor Laboratory and the Xi’an site, driving advanced, practical applications of scientific theory and managing highly complex processes for product development and technical support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead advanced applications of scientific theory and manage complex processes for the unit's products.
• Interact with key customers to resolve high‑value, complex process‑engineering issues.
• Participate in strategic planning to align R&D with business objectives.
• Oversee research, development, and implementation of new products and enhancements.
• Manage alpha engineering programs and alpha/beta product releases for the division.

Required profile

• Broad understanding of systems, theories, and practices relevant to semiconductor process engineering.
• Demonstrated ability to expand technology footprint and increase operational efficiencies.
• Proven leadership of cross‑functional project teams and mentorship of staff.
• High autonomy in decision‑making impacting business unit goals.
• Strong communication skills to build relationships with key stakeholders.
