Global Supplier Planner

About the role

The Global Supplier Planner will execute supply strategies that support Hasbro’s business objectives and, when required, lead smaller manufacturing partners. Reporting to the Global Supplier Planning Manager, the role works closely with suppliers to ensure high service standards, operational excellence, and supply agility.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with suppliers to adjust weekly plans and meet Hasbro customer service targets.
• Identify, manage, and resolve short‑term supplier constraints.
• Maintain supplier master data accuracy to maximize demand‑supply match opportunities.
• Monitor execution of production and deployment purchase orders.
• Oversee release of material allocations (MA) to suppliers and track MA inventories.
• Partner with product development, sourcing, materials operations, global network planning, logistics, and other cross‑functional teams.
• Conduct factory visits, collect data, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Proactively manage risk, develop scenario plans, and ensure continuity of supply.
• Execute supplier lifecycle management, including onboarding, sunsetting, and build‑ahead planning.
• Serve as the single point of contact for assigned suppliers across daily to yearly operations.
• Lead the monthly supplier S&OP process, reviewing performance, capacity, and mitigation plans.

Required profile

• Experience supporting supply planning functions and managing manufacturing partners.
• Ability to act as a primary contact window for internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset for data‑driven decision making.
• Proactive approach to risk management and continuous improvement.
