职位概况
负责中越跨境陆运方案的设计、执行与优化，管理边境车队及报关代理资源，确保运输计划顺利实施并满足客户需求。
主要职责
- 独立完成中越跨境陆运方案设计，包括路线规划、车型匹配、报关清关衔接及时效报价测算。
- 协调内部团队及中越合作伙伴，执行运输计划并全程跟踪货物状态，处理在途异常。
- 开发并维护中越边境优质车队、报关代理等供应商资源池，进行绩效管理和成本谈判。
- 关注两国跨境运输政策及市场动态，评估影响并提供方案调整建议。
任职要求
- 5-10年跨境供应链项目管理经验，熟悉国际采购、进出口、海运/空运/陆运等环节。
- 具备英文沟通能力者优先。
- 拥有PMP证书者优先。
