Global Portfolio Supervisor – Liquid Adhesives (Electronics Bonding)

About the role

We are looking for a Global Portfolio Supervisor to lead the liquid adhesives product line within the electronics bonding value chain. Based in Shanghai, you will shape the worldwide portfolio strategy, drive market relevance and collaborate with cross‑functional teams across Greater China, Asia, the USA and EMEA.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global portfolio strategy for liquid adhesives, including go‑to‑market, country‑specific and product improvement actions.
• Develop and maintain global pricing corridors for the category within the 6100 Profit Center.
• Collaborate with regional portfolio leaders to replicate best practices and accelerate growth.
• Lead new product commercialization for prioritized programs, coordinating a global cross‑functional team.
• Own all Global Material Master Data in legacy systems, SAP, e‑commerce and channel platforms.
• Prioritize and resolve global SOS issues impacting key accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (required) – Master’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
• Minimum three years of global marketing or business development experience.
• Proven track record in portfolio, pricing and marketing management.
• Experience working with global, multi‑regional teams and across functions.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in English; Mandarin proficiency required.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% internationally.
