Full Cycle Recruiter for China Office

About the role

RZR is seeking its first dedicated recruiter for its China office in Beijing. As a Full Cycle Recruiter you will own the end‑to‑end hiring process across technical, commercial and operations functions, building the local talent pipeline from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting cycle – source, screen, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers and close hires for all functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create scorecards and design interview loops.
• Establish and maintain local sourcing channels such as Boss Zhipin, Maimai, LinkedIn and 51job, as well as agency and university relationships.
• Ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.
• Maintain compliance with PRC labor law regarding offer terms, probation periods and statutory benefits.
• Keep requisition and candidate data clean in Greenhouse and report pipeline metrics to stakeholders.
• Promote RZR’s employer brand in the Beijing talent market and support onboarding coordination with the global HR team.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in China, preferably in a fast‑growing tech or multinational environment.
• Deep knowledge of Beijing and China talent markets and sourcing platforms.
• Proven ability to recruit across multiple functions, not limited to a single discipline.
• Working knowledge of PRC labor law as it applies to hiring, offers and probation.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and proactive.
