Senior Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

As a Recruiter III you will act as a strategic talent advisor, managing full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of positions across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for diverse roles, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to design sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines and support hiring decisions.
• Contribute to talent‑strategy initiatives and promote the company’s culture of integrity, intensity, innovation and involvement.

Required profile

• Advanced degree plus 3 years, or bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience in life‑sciences.
• Proven ability to handle high‑volume recruitment across multiple business functions and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English (additional languages a plus) and solid data‑analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms; Workday knowledge preferred.
• Advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, direct sourcing and social‑media recruiting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for metrics, dashboards and presentations.
• Ability to track recruitment metrics, create dashboards and derive data‑driven insights.
