Freelance Marketing Specialist – Native Russian (Beijing)

About the role

TransPerfect is seeking a native Russian‑speaking Marketing Specialist/Consultant to join an on‑site project for a leading high‑tech automotive client in Beijing. You will act as the final linguistic and marketing quality gate for a modern in‑vehicle infotainment system, ensuring Russian‑speaking users receive a polished and intuitive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with engineers on‑site to review and assess UI text across multiple apps and screens.
• Provide actionable feedback on language clarity, tone, and usability.
• Validate that the infotainment system feels natural for Russian‑speaking drivers and passengers.
• Complete a confidentiality agreement and pass a linguistic test before starting.

Required profile

• Native Russian speaker (born and educated in Russia or a Russian‑speaking country).
• Holder of a valid driver’s license from a Russian‑speaking market and regular user of a modern car with an infotainment system.
• Legal eligibility to work in China.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong eye for language and layout.
• Experience in translation, localization, or automotive‑related projects is a strong plus.
