Financial Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join Siemens Healthineers, a global leader in medical technology. The role supports financial planning, analysis and reporting across the organization, helping to drive informed decisions and improve performance.

Key responsibilities

• Complete financial planning and reporting activities for assigned business units.
• Perform financial analysis on trends, structure, assets, cash, liabilities and related KPIs.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators and business performance to management.
• Participate in projects that develop financial and controlling standards and guidelines.
• Support risk management, treasury, M&A and tax activities to optimise financial resources.
• Execute operational tasks and project work as assigned by the supervisor.
• Maintain relationships with external financial experts such as banks, tax advisors and auditors.
• Contribute to the development of concepts and standards based on operational experience.

Required profile

• Relevant degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
• Experience in a multinational or healthcare environment is a plus.
