Finance Director, IP&E – APAC

About the role

The IP&E Finance Director for APAC will partner with senior leaders across Greater China, South Asia, Korea and Japan to drive financial planning, reporting and strategic initiatives. This senior position supports the global IP&E organization in achieving its worldwide goals while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual planning, budgeting and forecasting processes for the APAC region and provide insights for executive decision‑making.
• Design, pilot and implement new operational and financial models for key supplier and customer initiatives.
• Oversee comprehensive financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly and annual statements, trends and KPI analysis.
• Manage consolidations, due‑diligence for M&A activities, and ensure proper accounting for purchase transactions.
• Direct internal and SOX audits, monitor compliance with local legislation and corporate policies.
• Build and lead a high‑performing finance team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of relevant finance experience with a 4‑year degree (or 12 years with an advanced degree).
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of revenue recognition principles and GAAP.
• Extensive team‑leadership experience in a global or large multinational environment.
