Marketing Operations – Investor Relations & Sales Support

About the role

This position supports the sales team of a leading Chinese asset management firm, focusing on investor relations and sales operations across multiple locations in China. The role involves coordinating due‑diligence materials, managing subscription processes, and facilitating client interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and draft due‑diligence materials, produce product reports, and disclose data externally.
• Manage the full subscription and redemption transaction process, including handling, filing, and safekeeping of documents.
• Create and update product marketing materials and maintain multiple databases.
• Coordinate client visits and business receptions, develop reception plans, schedule arrangements, and manage meeting logistics.
• Support client meetings, organize meeting minutes, and perform other market‑related coordination tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Finance, Economics or related fields.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in audit, fund operations, banking, securities, brokerage or fund administration.
• Excellent spoken and written English; overseas study or work experience is a plus.
• Strong interest in financial markets with solid knowledge of securities, funds and financial accounting; CFA or CPA preferred.
• Meticulous, responsible, resilient under pressure and strong logical thinking abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Programming skills or relevant technical experience (bonus).
