About the role
The Finance Controller will oversee all accounting and reporting activities for our manufacturing facility in Suzhou, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with Chinese and parent‑company regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and audit financial transactions, fixed‑asset records, accounts receivable, and vendor invoices.
- Prepare financial statements, cost reports, budgets, cash forecasts, and statutory tax filings.
- Manage currency exposure, cash position, insurance coverage, and working‑capital requirements.
- Coordinate ERP finance module implementation and enforce financial policies and internal controls.
- Lead the accounting team: evaluate performance, recruit, train, and motivate staff.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English for written and oral communication.
Required skills
- ERP finance module implementation.
