About the role

AlphaGrep Securities is seeking an experienced Senior Trader to develop and manage profitable quantitative trading strategies across multiple asset classes on global exchanges.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and refine new quantitative trading strategies with strong Sharpe ratios.
• Advance existing research initiatives and explore new quantitative research avenues.
• Maintain and enhance ultra‑low latency trading systems in a Linux environment.
• Apply robust risk management practices to ensure consistent alpha generation.

Required profile

• Proven track record of developing profitable trading strategies.
• Strong mathematical and statistical aptitude.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics in chosen regions or asset classes.
• Experience with live strategies that demonstrate solid performance metrics.

Required skills

• Proficiency in C++ and Python programming.
• Linux operating system expertise.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning, Neural Networks, High‑Performance Computing, and Natural Language Processing.
