Executive Assistant to VP & Co-MD (AWS)

About the role

AWS CMHK is looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to support the Vice President and Co‑Managing Director. The role serves as an extension of senior leadership, handling high‑impact administrative tasks while collaborating with other executive assistants across AWS and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple complex calendars across time zones, prioritizing appointments based on business needs.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, ensuring cost‑effective arrangements and compliance with internal travel policies.
• Organize and execute team events, all‑hands meetings, employee engagement activities, and off‑site gatherings.
• Prepare meeting agendas, track key deliverables, and follow up on action items.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professional relationships with internal and external leaders.
• Partner with recruiting, facilities, HR, Finance, and other business partners to support operational needs.
• Assist with expense reconciliation and budget tracking for projects and events.
• Mentor and collaborate with other executive assistants to share best practices.
