Executive Assistant to CRO (Singapore)

About the role

Airwallex is seeking an Executive Assistant to support its Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). The role is based in Singapore and serves as the primary liaison between the CRO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring the executive can focus on high‑priority initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage extensive business and personal calendars across multiple time zones.
• Act as the first point of contact for stakeholders requesting the CRO’s time or action.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, venue and technology setup, and minute taking.
• Arrange travel for the executive and family, handling flights, hotels, transfers, visas, and itinerary planning.
• Oversee business expenses, personal invoices, bill payments, and insurance reimbursements.
• Manage household operations such as vendor relationships and housekeeper coordination.
• Organise reservations, meals, and appointments for the executive and family.

Required profile

• Exceptional organisational, communication, and administrative abilities.
• Proven capacity to triage and prioritise incoming requests in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Flexibility to adapt to varied daily tasks and shifting priorities.
