Executive Assistant – Strategic Business Partner (Shanghai)

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the M/EC-CN and ME/RP-CN leaders at Bosch Group in Shanghai. The role combines strategic business partnership, stakeholder coordination, and high‑level executive support across commercial and operational initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing a global network of business representatives.
• Support commercial strategy development, target deployment, and execution follow‑up with strong analytical input.
• Lead agenda setting, preparation, and follow‑up for senior leadership meetings and cross‑functional workshops.
• Prepare and own executive‑level content for visits, board presentations, and speeches, ensuring data accuracy and visual impact.
• Own assigned strategic tasks and drive independent commercial projects, demonstrating resilience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Handle additional topics as assigned by M/EC‑CN and ME/RP‑CN.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 2–6 years of experience in commercial functions or executive support, preferably within manufacturing.
• Background in FP&A, business analysis, strategy, or commercial finance; project‑management experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.
• High resilience and adaptability in high‑pressure settings.
